This fact came to my knowledge only now after about two years when I went to my native place on account of death of my cousin brother. I could not understand this logic and reason please explain. After a week when I visited to branch I was told that I need to submit an ID proof and I was promised that they will process it on the same day. The lies with you people that you can maintain your staff then how you can maintain your customer . You change your rule book like old clothes . Every time you generate new ideas with new conditions.
I running my account for last 9 years and i paid two loans successfully through the instalments and i am able to maintain balance over a lac. Unfortunately i am a hdfc credit card holder. I have been holding it for more than one year by now and i have not earned any single rupee benefit out of this card.

I have salary account in Hdfc past 2 years. Now the problem is that they have deducted the amount 800rs from account without any prior intimation.when i asked the bank concerned authorities they said that account is deducted due improper maintenance balance but we have said let see the bank statement it was mentioned salary account. Now the position is this that I can not operate My account which was good in your terms that's why you send the pre approved credit card with the limit of Rs 1.50 lacs .
